Pittsburgh, PA – July 30, 2025 Outrigger Industrial, in partnership with Midloch Investment Partners, has recently finalized the acquisition of a 99,500 square foot Class A industrial building located at 1200 International Drive in North Fayette Township, Pennsylvania. The purchase marks the first investment for Outrigger Industrial in the Pittsburgh region and second in the Northeast.
“The acquisition of 1200 International checks all of the boxes for a strong value add opportunity in a market with fantastic fundamentals,” said Scott Henderson, Senior Vice President & Northeast Market Officer, Outrigger Industrial. “Specifically, the Parkway West submarket offers great proximity to Pittsburgh International Airport, the city of Pittsburgh as well as a large consumer spending and employment base. We anticipate having the building fully leased in the near term.”
The newly acquired 99,500 square foot building is currently 60% leased to three tenants. It is located in the Parkway West submarket of Pittsburgh which is an active logistics corridor easily accessible to the Parkway West/I-376, the Southern Beltway/I-576, Pittsburgh international Airport, 18 commercial railroad systems and the Port of Pittsburgh.
