Maxx Kossof is an Investment Professional for Outrigger Industrial as well as Centris industrial. He is responsible for development and value add support on the full deal cycle including new underwritings, equity/debt procurement, and facilitating deal closings. Additionally, Maxx supports the investment management and corporate finance function of the business. Kossof originally joined the team at CA Industrial in 2021.

Prior to his role at Outrigger and Centris, Kossof was an analyst for the debt capital markets team at Brookfield Properties working on new CMBS financings and loan workouts of their mall portfolio. Prior to Brookfield Properties, he worked at Retail Properties of America as a portfolio analyst.
