As an Accounting Manager, Marian Tat is responsible for the corporate level financial accounting and reporting functions at Outrigger Industrial. Marian also oversees property and development accounting while enhancing existing processes, systems, and procedures.

Prior to Outrigger, Marian worked at CA Ventures as a Property Accountant and Accounting Manager, where he oversaw the implementation of Yardi, corporate and property financial reporting, and recording of acquisition and disposition transactions across multiple asset classes.

Marian is a graduate of DePaul University Driehaus College of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Business. He is a licensed CPA in Illinois.
