Los Angeles, CA – January 28, 2025 Outrigger Industrial has completed a 544,077 square foot Class A industrial building in Tulare, California. The building, located at 199 East Paige Avenue, marks the end of Phase 1 at 99 Central Logistics Center which is the first development for the company in the region. When all phases are finished, plans for the160-acre business park include four buildings totaling 2.4M square feet.
